Catservant (Software on the Side)
- When the network login dialog comes up, it defaults to saving passwords in the keychain (via a checkbox on the dialog), which is bad from a security standpoint.
- The window for the base station information stays open after a failed login attempt. This had me thinking that the program was seriously buggy until I realized that I was entering the wrong password.

smokeonitvery handy for checking the AP data on the fly and to monitor who's connected and the signal strength.
What would be nice to see is an interface that:
• Allows changes to TTL values, etc. if possible
• Shows signal to noise ratio graphs over time (like the Mac OS 8 Apple utility did)
• Provides the ability to put range alarms on Airport variables
• Shows the connected users and allows interaction with IPNetMonitorX to analyze those users (or any IP address that this utility displays)
• Has ability to save data in some fashion like the Apple System Profiler
• Provides more information on stats (data rates are in Mb/s?)
Overall, nicely done and very useful utility for interrogating an Airport and showing us what we paid for in the device.
