Password ReviewPretty seriously good... BUT - Version: 0.1.4b, 5/9/2005 09:25PM PST

This is a pretty good program, it is small, very simple to use (aside from the "save" as opposed to 'OK" quibble reported in earlier reviews) and really quite neat. It has one huge great big flaw though.

When LoginWallet is closed it requires a password to open it, in other words all the passwaords are locked out to any unauthorised people. This is good. It is however really, really, *really* bad that an unauthorised person can reset the program simply by clicking a really obvious button and not knowing *any* password.

"oh, I don't know this persons password, I will just wipe their password database" is a really major flaw in an otherwise very nice program.

As far as I am concerned, ffix that one problem and you have shareware.

A note, that when you add an entry, the "Save" button must be used to save the note, not the "OK" button.

Password ReviewDoes not work - Version: 0.1.3b, 1/12/2004 08:26AM PST

I entered a website address, login name and password, then clicked OK. However, nothing showed up in the PasswordWallet icon menu -- nothing, no reference to the item I entered (twice). So it was useless. After you've made it work, it would be nice if you added support for drag-and-drop of addresses, etc.
