eRez Imaging Server - 4.0

Based on the concept of "single source dynamic imaging", the eRez Imaging Server 4.0 enables you to automatically generate an endless number of image variations and common file types from the same single master image. This greatly reduces errors and saves you many extra hours of work while dramatically reducing the number of images you need to manage within your company.

eRez makes your images dynamic, empowering you to archive, share, modify, and distribute those images for any media with an easy web-based user interface.

Enable your users to zoom in on large files and examine hi-res image details from any web browser with your choice of an HTML or the FSI Flash based viewer.
• Databasing Automated
With eRez 4.0 no more cataloging or database updating is needed: eRez 4.0 automatically monitors shared folders and keeps the database updated when new files are added, updated and deleted.
• Quick Information Display
Add a layer of text and graphics on top of images in real time. This major new feature opens up endless possibilities for adding price tags and other up-to-date text and graphics to images on-the-fly without any changes to the image. And, of course, this layer is separate, so it will be available only on the images you designate.
• Enables legacy imaging solutions
eRez 4.0 can be seamlessly integrated into any web based solution, such as a Content Management or Digital Asset Management System. The eRez Imaging Server can be installed on any server on the network including existing web servers. Language and layout can be fully customized by editing the html templates.
• High-performance search engine
The Java-based, high-performance, full-featured, text search engine makes it easy to find any picture in even the most extensive image library. Image Meta data (IPTC) can be entered and automatically applied to images during uploads or at a later stage.
• Easy to use administration module
The easy to use management console enables you to control access to eRez 4.0 by means of users and roles. Let the press see one folder and let other users see other folders, etc. The management console provides you with a real time view of performance and status.
