Product Description:

Plain Clip is a tiny Mac OS X application that removes formatting from text which is on the clipboard. It's designed as a faceless application (no GUI), which makes it ideal for triggering it from a hotkey application such as "Spark" or "iKey".

What's new in this version:

Optionally, Plain Clip can remove trailing whitespace and strip certain control characters, such as non-breaking spaces.
When invoked from a hotkey applications, can send an emulated Cmd-V (Paste) keystroke (see Readme for more details).

Can't get Preferences Panel to stay open - Version: 2.1.1, 10/1/2009 11:31AM PST

Holding the Shift key opens the Preferences panel but it only flashes on the screen for a second & thus unable to make any changes. Other than that it's great.
