NeoOffice has been a great "office" app for quite some time. However, it doesn't appear that one can use their "forums" unless one is a "premium" donator. I donated a couple years ago but now I'm not favored with being able to use the forum. I'd like to because: since v3.1 when viewing .pps files, NeoOffice opens and the presentation begins. But, the tool bar disappears; and stays gone even when I quit the presentation. Otherwise, it is a highly recommended app.

I tried to apply this patch, but the installer seems to have a problem determining that the update can be applied. The Installer says:
You cannot install NeoOffice 3.1.1 Patch 1 on this volume. You do not have NeoOffice 3.1.1 installed. You must install NeoOffice 3.1.1 before you can install this patch.
In fact I do have NeoOffice 3.1.1 Patch 0 installed at the present time. This experience is with the PowerPC version.

Why bother, just get Microsoft office, it's free all over the web. These open sore applications screw with your Mac and won't let SuperDuper do a backup. This is what a friend of mine found out. I already knew this was trash.
