PictureScaler has the advantage over similar programs because it allows you to scale multiple images as a batch rather than having to specify the scaling for each individual image.

Go ahead and give QuickImage a try. It's a contextual menu, does this and more, and it's free. It will quickly become one of your must-have utilities. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/19253

i guess what u meant is this other app generally used for renaming pictures individually and manually... what's the names again? yes, the mac os x finder.
