Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy Troubleshooting ReportNot Leopard Compatible? - Version: 1.0.1e, 12/24/2007 08:24AM PST

Haven't played this game in ages. Got a 32" flat panel TV and wanted to try it out again. Tried installing it but it won't boot on Leopard :-( Nothing at Aspyr's site about this (or any Leopard issues).

This is a great game. It's gonna positively scream on a MacBook Pro.

While I've only played this for a couple hours I'll have to say that I've experienced no problems. Graphics are just fine, in fact they are extremely adequate considering the game is almost 2 years old. It hasn't locked up my system or anything either. As far as content goes, the game is relatively straight forward but interesting nonetheless. I am definitley going to finish this one.

I have now beaten the game. It took me like.... a week. Never choose the darkside it is not fun. It is avery good game and it has some suprising story plots. Anyway it has been fixed with the update so I complement Aspyr for making an update.

graphics are jumpy and rough overall its very dark, most likely to hide poor graphics and backgrounds. crashes and freezes screen on G5 with OX10.3 but works ok on old iMac 600 with 10.2, keyboard commands don't work, so you'll need a mouse with more then two buttons. still waiting to hear from tech support on compatibly with 10.3 for about a week. save your money.

Its a great story and i love the characters but the sounds are late when changing weapons the gameplay sort of stalls when you change weapons sometimes when i load a checkpoint the game crashes but only on 1 level the level where Boba fett trys to stop you frome doing some thing that is as far as i got so i dont know if there is another level like that. Anyway i think this game needs an update.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy ReviewNice :o) but! - Version: 1.0.1b, 1/13/2004 11:21AM PST

I loved the Jedi Outcast - Great gameplay, and fair stability/speed, and was really looking forward to try this (Jedi Academy, but the speed really pulls
this down.
Graphics are too slow, specially when doors are opening or changing weapon.

The sounds are always two steps behind – almost like there are some kinds of delay. Especially when the “small” segments of movies play when you’re entering a new mission.

I’m running the game on the lowest setup on my dual 867 – with 768Mb/Jaguar & Panther.
On the same machine I have the Unreal Tournament/Jedi Outcast/Spiderman and “all” the games from PangeaSoftware without “any” lack of performance.

Enough said ! Great story – great characters – really cool new movements – but!

We hope there will come an update in the near future!

Best regards Father & Son/Denmark
