It took me about a month to decide to spend the $$$ to buy this software. I am glad I did. I feel like I really have to work if I want to win while using this software. I play in low-limit game in a Nevada "border town" and I was able to adjust the dynamics of the software in order to better simulate the games I play in.

This games is a challlenge and I need the challenge to improve my game.

I have iPoker, and yes, the graphics and sounds are nice, but it is a GAME easy to beat and master. Poker Academy is a training tool.

I purchased Poker Academy recently and it works well. Now along comes Poker Academy Pro and they want another $129.00. What a rip off!

Some not getting activation codes, but support is prompt - Version: 2.0, 7/18/2005 11:01AM PST

Some people that bought PA recently were not receiving their activation codes from the ordering system because of some technical problem. I was one of them. Support got back to me very quickly on a Sunday, and I am satisfied with the resolution. It is frustrating to buy software that you cannot use immediately, and they should endeavor to fix that, but at least support is prompt. I will compose my review after I train some AIs to see how good they are.
