Launches, shows briefly in Menu Bar then disappears. Mac OSX 10.3.1 with quite a few Menu Extras. It seem to be what I'm looking for. Something simple and elegant to interact with my iPod.

In 10.3 it appears in the Menu Bar briefly then quits so I can't run it. Great idea though!
