Product Description:
ConceptDraw Project is the software intended for speeding-up project management.
Use ConceptDraw Project to organize and manage projects with clear, attractive Gantt charts, WBS charts and MindMaps. Share your projects across Mac and Windows. Project management is a complicated process of planning, organizing and controlling tasks and resources aimed at achieving a definite goal, which is usually limited on time, resources or costs.
ConceptDraw Project is a universal product which lets you monitor tasks and resources in any project quickly and easily. ConceptDraw Project allows you to track execution phases, take stock of resources and finance, create reports reflecting the state of affairs in a project.

- Notification messages appeared if Assign Resource dialog is inactive, informing the user about the reason of the dialog inactiveness;
- Quick switch to Project from Project view by highlighting the project and choosing Show Project from the context menu;
- Native grid (Mac);
- Views and floating dialogs interaction;
- Change of cursors for columns and lines resize (Win);
- Buttons Select All/Deselect All in dialogs Column Customization are added;
- Shortcut Option+Cmd+N on Network Diagram is added (Mac).

reneforsterI was quite happy with the software until my Mac crashed two weeks ago and with it I have lost all the software.
Now since over one week I try to get in contact with the ConceptDraw company to get a copy of the software but nobody is interested to answer…what about after sales service, or the “famous” customer service = customer is everything….yeah right, sorry to say, but I slowly going in the direction of supporting pirate software…why should I pay a lot and nobody takes care…right? With the pirate software I would pay less and get as well less-no support.
My recommendation is, when you don’t need support ever you might be ok with ConceptDraw otherwise get an other one and even a better one cheaper.
