Product Description:

DRAT is an incredibly useful tool for keeping track of the time you spend, related expenses, to do items for your daily tasks and projects. Each project has a myriad of fields to help keep them organized and help keep you productive. Information for each project can include:

  • Project Name and Number
  • Contacts and Phone Numbers
  • Due Dates and To Do Lists (for each project)
  • Notes for each Project
  • Any number of Events (for keeping track of time spent on tasks during the project)
  • Any number of Expenses (for keeping track of expense items related to the project)

Jobs are visible in a "Job List" which can be sorted by priority, Name, or Department. The Job List can be filtered to show only jobs "In Progress", "Completed", "On Hold", "Not Completed", or "All Jobs".

Reports can be generated to keep tabs on your jobs and the time you are spending each day doing tasks. Specialized Reports can be requested by Registered Users of DRAT.

What's new in this version:

  • Completed jobs that were unmarked so as to become in progress now show up in the in progress list
  • Remembering last hilited job works correctly
  • Running a graph does not clear the report output box
  • Deleting an event updates the job's total time
  • Application no longer crashes when registering in a Non-admin account.
  • Apple + shift + n creates a new event
  • Apple + T puts today's date in a date field
  • Graph & Report dates can now be easily synced up
  • Delete key mimics the backspace key
  • Default range for reports and graphs is 1 week
  • Created "Yesterday" backup file for better backup coverage
  • Added "Total Clocked Hours" to reports and graphs so unclocked time can be tracked
  • Added record archiving with preferences for controlling how far back to ignore jobs
  • When a job is selected, the Events list is automaticly hilited for easier access to events
  • Added searching by date, date range (mm/dd/yy-mm/dd/yy), job number, and/or text in the job
  • Added loading... bar on startup.

Alpha Dude
Every week at work I have to submit a status report tracking my time as accurately as possible. This was a major pain until I found Drat. It even helps me track the status of the different projects (jobs) that I have.

I love you drat!

I have changed the Download to a stuffit archive instead of a .DMG image. DRAT will no longer crash when you launch it. Sorry about the hang-up.

The Crash Bug is cause because DRAT attempts to create a file and cannot on the .DMG image. Move the files to a new folder then run it. Fixing this right now!!!
