Product Description:

This AppleScript-based solution will display the names of the groups assigned to selected people in Mac OS X's Address Book application. It can be triggered from Address Book's script menu in Mac OS 10.3.

Try holding down the option/alt key when a person's record is selected. The groups will then be hi-lited. No need for this app, afaiac.
