FEH checks for corrupted preference files. The error message you received means that the preferences stored in com.apple.print.FaxPrefs.plist in your /Library/Preferences folder have FaxPrint set to YES but has no PrinterID set, which is an inconsistent state. Opening the Print and Fax preference pane in System preferences, clicking on the Fax tab, clicking any control there and then closing System Preferences will repair the corrupted preference.
