Product Description:

This application allows you to easily convert your AppleScripts into either HTML, BBCode (the HTML-like code used on many BBS including the MacScripter BBS--a great resource, by the way), or the new AppleScript URL protocol and place the result on the clipboard. The AppleScript URL protocol is for embedding scripts in web pages and PDFs to automatically open code in the Script Editor.

What's new in this version:

Added a "Revert to Default Settings" button in the General preferences tab.
Added an "Edit" menu so you an now copy & paste data in & out of the text fields of the preference tabs.
Added an option to set the creator type of saved HTML files.

Jonathan's going to hate me for this, but this app is so good, and so useful, that it's a shame it also doesn't convert other common languages, like XML, HTML, JavaScript, Perl, PHP.

Impossible? Maybe not, if the app were modified to have language-conversion modules provided in a plug-in like architecture. Then other people could contribute the keyword:format tables for various languages.

This little app is indispensible for anyone who ever posts scripts in forums. Does exactly what it says it will and does it well, and, perhaps best of all, does it for free. The developer is also very responsive to questions and feedback. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

NOw if only everyone wold use it before posting SppleScript snippets...
