I know, I know, I can't get a MacWorld 'magazine'. I can't write funny tutorials in that magazine.

I believe HazIce looks funny, and I believe you get the lowest rating; however, one of the tutorials you published electronically looks exactly like a funny, funny, 'magazine' tutorial.

As a Select member of the 'magazine' Connection, I get a tutorial every month. This month, I tucked a joint into the 'magazine'. i know, I know, a joint, simple.
I like the magazine, and i like the joint; however, I can't believe you get a joint in a tutorials 'magazine'.

I know exactly what you did, and I can't believe it.

HazIce ReviewWorks.. not too bad. - Version: 0.2, 12/23/2003 10:37AM PST

Hey, it surfed Apple.com and even played back Quicktime movies perfectly.. although it trashed Versiontracker.com placing right hand side ads on top of the updates list, but can I complain? Look at the size of the program!

I think this isn't a good replacement browser front end for Safari, HOWEVER, it would probably be useful marketted as a quick and dirty html document file browser for CD collections etc..

I would say its a really good start for a developer, but in truth, Apple did 99% of the work for them... As it says on their site, it was built with only one line of code. I think it would be a good example for other programers, but it really shouldn't be listed on Versiontracker until it has something other than generic reusable developer code to offer.

I installed HazIce because I thought it might solve a problem I have with Safari. Safari will not open the setup pages on my Netgear router. Safari has problems with other devices too. Unfortunately HazIce will not open my router either. I hate having to start up (and wait for) Mozilla, Opera, Phoenix etc. just to change the settings. Maybe you should focus HazIce as a simple quick browser to open up all those web-setup pages that we need to access - i.e. HazIce as a firmware/rom browser?
ps. I thought it was slower than Safari when I compared load and reload of Adobe's home page.
