Create custom avatars to represent yourself and share them with others.
Use your webcam to make avatars.
Speech balloons will present what you type.
Turn speech on to let mac os speak what people say.
Draw in rooms for other users to see.
Transfer files to and from your PalaceChat friends.
PalaceChat gives anyone a chance to just be creative!

What's new in this version:

Fixed bug with Palace.prp importing.
Fixed guest bug with multiple connections to the same server.
Some minor internal code optimizations.

...I do believe no one uses it any more. All the chat rooms are completely empty. I wonder how they're paying for the servers that host this software when it seems nobody is using it?
