Nice, but certainly NOT a business-class solution

Yes. I will try to fix the Leopard incompatibilities. Serial Mail currently works only if you select "Text only" in Serial Mail preferences. But you lose formatting and attachments then.

For some of my contacts I have stored multiple email addresses. In "Adressbuch" (German for address book) you can set for each group which address do you like to use for each contact (using the menu "Bearbeiten, Verteilerliste bearbeiten..."). Unfortunately, this tool doesn't care about these settings and just send the email to the standard email address of each contact (mostly "Arbeit").
The tool should also writes the full name of the person in the "To" field of the email (something like "John Smith <john.smith@xyz.com>"). This can help later on if you want to find emails you have sent to a certain person.

After purchasing it and playing for a while I found out that I can't really use it for sending a well-formatted letter to a large number of customers. (Again, if you use it for a smaller number of recipients and/or if you use plain text and/or don't need names to appear along with the recipient's address, it may be Ok for you.)
I finally bought Mailings which costs $25, you can try it out for free without limitations (except a time period), and it's actually simpler to use and gives you a more complete and reliable solution. That's a product actually worth its cost.
