Product Description:

iTunes Catalog creates interactive web catalogs of your iTunes music library. Visitors to your website can browse your music collection, see the artwork for each album, and even play your music online.

iTunes Catalog is also versatile artwork manager. It can download artwork from Amazon.com and add it directly to your iTunes music, or even to your iPod.

iTunes Catalog 2 creates web catalogs that look and work just like iTunes, but on the web. Your music collection can be browsed by genre, artist and album using the familiar iTunes column browser. All your playlists are there, including party shuffle. Catalogs are fully searchable by artist, album or song name.

iTunes Catalog 2 can also create web catalogs that look and work just like an iPod. Visitors can browse your music using the iPod interface, and even play music. It can also create catalogs right from your iPod.

Your web catalog is a great way to introduce everyone to your favorite music. Your personalized home page shows your most played artists, recently added albums, recently played songs, and top rated albums. Visitors can then click on the music they like to buy it directly from the iTunes Music Store.

iTunes Catalog CommentaryPlay music? - Version: 2.1, 7/21/2006 03:16AM PST

Does anyone know how to get this neat little application to actually PLAY the displayed music title in a website? Whenever I clickt the titles, I only get a pale Quicktime logo but no music is played.

This could be or perhaps is the ultimate solution for musicians to present their demo music to the public. But as I say, I cannot get it to work...

iTunes Catalog ReviewBe careful before you try to buy... - Version: 2.0.1, 7/10/2006 08:15PM PST

I purchased the upgrade to Version 2 by opening Version 1 and clicking on "buy" which allowed me to purchase it for $9.99 via a link to PayPal. The bad news is that after paying, I have yet to hear from them with the registration number. I don't know if they're out of business or what but it looks like I'm out 10 bucks.

iTunes Catalog CommentaryThere's no way to upgrade from 1.x version to 2.x - Version: 2.0, 4/4/2006 03:05PM PST

I have searched high and low to figure out how to upgrade from the 1.x version to the new 2.0 version. The developer's web site says that the upgrade price is $9.99 but all the various "buy it now" pages and buttons take me to a purchase page for the full $25.00 price.

Has anyone figured out how to get the upgrade price? ITunes Catalog 2.0 looks awesome and I'd like to support this developer but it is very frustrating that they do not make it easy to upgrade.
