Cheetah3D CommentaryCrash Bug Fixed - Version: 5.1.1, 12/4/2009 01:41AM PST

The crash problem I reported for version 5.1 has been fixed. Since this application is probably being produced by a single coder writing in his spare time, the speed of the problem correction is remarkable and to be commended.

I would definitely recommend this product, especially since comparable 3D graphics/animation packages cost several times the modest asking price from Dr. Wengenmyer. Since the price is so reasonable, I will have to purchase it as soon as I can scrape together the fee (Well... there is a recession going on...)

Cheetah3D ReviewSuperb - Version: 4.6.4, 6/5/2009 05:36AM PST

The user interface is highly modal, which is a bad thing, but show me a 3d package that isn't initially confusing. Once you're over the extremely small hurdle of the modality, everything else is extremely easy, intuitive and well laid out. From the end of the market I can afford, I've tried this, Carrara and AC3d — this blows the other two away and I highly recommend it. It's probably worth three or four times the price.
