FUSKey ReviewWorks as advertised ... sorta - Version: 0.3, 11/5/2003 08:53PM PST

This pretty much does it. I got rid of that ridiculous menuling that takes up a good chunk of space in the menu bar. Just be careful about which key combination you assign. I recommend Command-Control-Delete (the long delete key; the forward delete doesn't seem to work too well). I guess the system is kind of picky about key combinations or something. Anyway, it does what I need it to do. This is a much better method of locking the screen.
