This is really, really great software for storyboarding. Combined with Final Draft I have everything I need to get an overview of what is needed. I was a bit confused by image import not working in overview mode, but it works in shot mode. That's the only problem I've had so far.
lots of features - bad gui

i just tried directors boards free..
it has tons of features wich all are very usefull.. but the gui is just a mess.. and when i tried to create a new project, a window poped up and told me to create a copy of an older file without the records and to rename it.. i just hit command + q and dragged the whole folder to the paper bin..
an app is more than just a feature set!
(maybe i'm just a bit picky because i'm a programmer myself:)
if the program would be more user friendly, it would be my tool of choice..

This suite of Filemaker Pro templates is getting a bit better. There are still major problems with it's functionality. The developer has a good idea, he just needs to find himself an OSX programmer and write it in native code. It would cost a bit but it would make this 'app' absuolutely indespensible. There are still problems with saving, the display, the print dialogue box etc... c'mon man... make this native, make this native, make this native...
