This product is no more maintained. Please use MAL Conduit instead!
It is built on the same unix tool, and works better...

I decided to hunt for other conduits and found one the works seemlessly with the palm hotsync. MAL conduit. If USB sync is too slow for you, give it a shot.
Painfully slow

I concur with the others. I also sync on office windoze machine and it takes less than two minutes to sync Outlook data and Avantgo, while it took about FIFTEEN to do just avant go on home Mac with same internet connection. The software is reliable, but hopefully, the coder can tweak some speed out of this. And yes, I would pay for this.
Works well, except....

...I couldn't sync the data onto my external SD card. I even followed the troubleshooting instruction from AvantGo's support page, still no go.

I enabled, disabled, pushed a button, clicked a button and got no positive result.
I have a PowerMac G3 with an OS-X jag.
Because I am a user not a coder I don't have the foggiest what the read-me meant. I thought the idea of a programmer was to help make it easy for the rest of us.

Works Great! however it is slow! - Version: 1.2.1, 12/24/2003 07:58PM PST

It took me along time to convert to syncing in OS X. Everything but palm syncing I do is in OS X, finally I gave in because the only thing holding me back to completely live in OS X was syncing my palm with avantgo, even my email i could sync in X. I complained to avantgo and they sent me this link. I must say it works great but the downside is that it runs slowly but it better than nothing! i'm sure down the road it will be faster "keep up the good work"
Works great

Works great, I'm very glad to have AvantGo back on my Clie. I've never had a probelm. It's now running on 10.3.2.
