Won't start for some reason - Version: 3.1.1, 7/5/2009 09:40AM PST

I thought I'd give this a try but it doesn't seem to do anything. Am I missing something? The preferences say that it can't start and that I need to hassle with some other things to try and fix it. I don't think I have time for all of that. Oh well.
Souring Adoration

I absolutely adore this app. That said, I'm starting to lose my mind when it comes to this "can not start" bug. It comes and goes, I've trashed prefs and started fresh and I've even reinstalled all supporting items from the ground up to no avail. I've been dealing with this for months now and it's very irritating.
Functional and Useful

I was not sure if this would be a functional thing to have at first. After trying for five minutes, I felt that it is useful since I scroll paged and windows all day long.
I would recommend trying it to see if it's useful for anyone who scrolls through window after windows.
The options keys make scrolling faster than just using the scrolling ball alone.
The only complain is, the scrolling has a minor hiccups when scrolling as well as scrolling not working on some program widows. Whenever that happens, I click on the manual scroll bar and activate the scrolling which isn't a big problem. As for the hiccups, it could be related to the video card or the processor.
Overall, it's a keeper. Hopefully the developer continues to refine it.
