Didn't take long to figure out what happened to my Photoshop, since I use it daily.
Install Smart Scroll 3.5.1 or 3.5.2, Photoshop won't fully open or work. And must force quit.
Remove Smart Scroll, Photoshop works great again.
Fortunately, had backup copy of Version 3.5, which Photoshop works fine with.

I was having some issues with window jerkiness and coasting when scrolling in my browser with MM, even after installing the latest version of Apple's wireless mouse software. I prefer Omniweb (5.10.1) as my everyday browser, but found the same jerkiness issues with Safari (4.04) and Firefox (3.0.1). Since installing Smart Scroll 3.5.2, I could not be happier with its effects. It has completely solved the jerkiness problem, yielding a very smooth browser scroll. I have also been able to set coasting to my preference within the Smart Scroll preferences settings. I highly recommend this utility!

Perhaps it's necessary to use the "remove" function before installing a new version? I'll certainly do so in the future. :-)
**Kudos to Marc for immediately responding to my concern on this. Can't ask for better support.
