Just tried it out for the first time for PubMed, searching on "bariatric surgery and diabetes", a very current topic as evidenced on the front page of today's Washington Post: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/05/03/AR2008050301837.html?hpid%3Dtopnews&sub=AR. Results were almost instantaneous and astoundingly good. Huge thanks for a very helpful tool. --SteveG

Thank you for the added Library of Congress and MARC support. Both are essential for work in the humanities.
