In 1937 pot was outlawed to control the Black Americans. It was pumped up by Nixon to control the hippies that were against war. I think it's about time we the people control the government FOR ONCE. Government for the people and by the people, what a joke. It's more like, Government for the Government by the Government. Great little game.
