Connected is a mid-range accounting program with single user and network editions for Macintosh and Windows operating systems. Connected can be shared concurrently by both Mac OS and Windows users on a single data file using either a Mac or Windows server. Connected "Core Accounting" consists of the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules. The Connected Core Accounting system is easy to implement and delivers a powerful set of financial management tools. Accounting is fully auditable and each record entered logs who added, who last edited, and who posted. Connected "Enterprise" builds on the Core Accounting aspects by adding powerful inventory, job costing, and currency additions. Have over 35 concurrent users and don't worry about the network speed problems of entry level applications. The Inventory Control aspect of the Enterprise addition includes order entry, purchasing, as well as full-featured multi-location inventory control. Other features include multi-tier manufacturing, MRP reporting, and several volume and custom pricing discount structures. Just what the doctor ordered for a growing distribution, light manufacturing, or wholesale operation. The Job Costing aspect of the Enterprise addition includes time sheets, time billing, estimating, auto invoice creation, work in progress management, and links to all other Connected modules.
