I have the previous version and enjoy playing it but this updated version won't download nor install (after multiple attempts). It keeps saying I do not have the previous version (untrue it cannot read). Please rectify this problem or I wiill just keep on using its predecessor!!

Nice game if a bit distracting, but Freeverse has a long-standing problem witih providing customer support.
What good is buying a game when you can't enter the serial number or get any help from the company? Automated systems don't work. E-mail isn't answered. This has been going on for months.
If you value your money, buy from a vendor that supports its products after purchase - unlike this one.
