seems like 10.3.3 might have broken - Version: 1.0 Beta 2, 3/30/2004 09:40AM PST

I have been using Weather Desk without a problem until recently when I downloaded the Jaguar 10.3.3 update. Weather Desk seems to be hanging somewhere and it is problematic when pulling down the menu to look at the main city's forecast.
Has potential but unintuitive.

I don't see why this program and several others have both dock icons and menubar icons. If your dock is small enough, the dock icon is useless. The menu bar is where the program should reside at. It always the same size.
Second, it could use weather alerts. I don't know anyone that wouldn't want to be alerted to severe weather threats.
Meteorologist is the best program out of all the weather apps I've tried, but its development has declined
