Okay, I got the fart sound. Now what? There's nothing in the list. The buttons do nothing. The program does nothing. Tried it on another machine where some kind of microphone appeared in the list and it crashed.

Run iPatches on two LAN-connected computers. Select your counterpart, and click the "Yarr!" button. A voice connection should be established between the two computers, and you can talk back and forth (preferably like pirates.)
