Quick-Snap CommentaryStrange, very strange - Version: 3.2, 6/20/2006 02:09PM PST

Central Scrutinizer--2008
Quicktime 7.0.2, on my Mac OS X 10.3.9 installation, will also permit me to save movie frams as jpegs.

Do I have a unique installation of Quicktime that nobody else has? Or are the QuickSnap developers just trying to cash in on user ignorance?

So you say the nano can't do video. I used QuickSnap and the ipod's scroll wheel to generate a silent movie. Even more weird, the click noise of the wheel has the simulation sound of a film projector! Works perfectly with short video clips around 1-3 min. Until Apple release a full video player, this will be my little bundle of joy.
