Product Description:

FindFilesX is a scriptable application that enables AppleScript developers to gather lists of files and folders starting at any location on any drive connected to a Macintosh, including items in subfolders, no matter how deep. FindFilesX is a Mac OS X-native bundled Mach-O application; this means FindFilesX runs as fast as possible on your Mac OS X computer. You can use FindFilesX to search for files with a wide range of criteria, such as file kind, date modified, label, and name starts with, just to name a few.

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed a small bug in "name starts/ends with" logic.
  • Fixed a bug in file size logic that could result in files being missed under certain circumstances.

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.3
  • Mac OS X 10.2
  • Mac OS X 10.1

Additional Requirements:

  • Mac OS X 10.1 or higher

...and fantastic support. To Mark Douma - why did you feel the need to put that comment on here. As a fellow developer, wouldn't it have been better to email the author of the product? Are were you just showing off? To grikdog - you're an idiot. If you don't understand what you're commenting on, don't comment.

If this is a Mach-O binary, then shouldn't you probably change the "LSPrefersCarbon" in the Info.plist to "LSRequiresCarbon"? That'll remove the checkbox for the option to "Open in the Classic environment" (which I assume will fail, if it's not a PEF executable) from the Finder's Get Info window.
