I don't often need this app, but when I do it is the perfect little tool. Thanks!

I've used Jiggler since it came out and it's always worked. Comes in really handy and I have it on all my Macs.

I used this product for all of my computers. It will not run under snow Leopard 10.6 hoping there will be an upgrade for it SOON! I miss using it, loved the program.

Jiggler ReviewGreat app - Version: 1.3, 4/17/2008 02:32AM PST

Been using it for years and it just keep getting better with updates. Never had it cause trouble with other apps while it's running and has alway run as expected. Can't say that about many apps.

Pretty cheeky, given it's a free app.

Anyways, I'd like a sub-checkbox under the "application whose name contains" checkbox, "Only Jiggle when the app is active". I use Jiggler with my audio software, and while I don't want the screensaver to kick in while it's active, it'd be cool to switch it to the background to let Screensaver and/or Sleep to run normally.

...with a daemon running it. That said, it works great. I don't run 40 hour lab simulations (more like 2 hour movies), but I find it useful as hell. Why Apple didn't include an "exclude application" function in their Screensaver engine is beyond me. Thanks Ben and Stick Software!

Jiggler Reviewgreat for non-admin users too - Version: 1.2, 5/14/2005 01:36PM PST

This little app is just what I needed. I'm running some cpu intensive cluster computations in a university lab and the IT dept won't give me admin access. The computers are set to automatically log-out after 1 hour of idle time. My analyses need to run for as much as 40 hours. This little helper keeps me from sleeping in the lab and shaking the mice every hour. And no admin access needed to install. THANKS!

Not to spew F.U.D., but isn't grabbing the cursor supposed to be a no-no? Even if it's undocumented (and I'm not sure about OS X), this is still a great hack. And despite the pooh-pooh-ing and kneejerk smell-o-meterizations, this is the PERFECT app for a tiny but essential function -- sane OS X behavior during long, CPU-intensive WORK.
