Thanks to some alert users we were able to quickly correct some code that stopped the program at the startup screen.

I would LOVE for this to work but...

I just get the spinning rainbow of doom upon trying to open the app. It does some sort of scanning and then just spins.
The previous version worked for me but needed improvement so I was excited about this update but it clearly has some issues.
Keep at it, developers! I think you've got a great idea. Once the kinks are worked out it'll be great. I wish other font managers had this categorizing feature.

Just what I have been looking for. I mainly use for viewing/organizing fonts. Being able to organize by style, like a typebook, is a godsend. I haven't tried using it to activate fonts (I already had Suitcase for that) so I don't know how well that works.
Didn't work for me either.

It's a shame, I really like the concept of this software... the ability to browse fonts by style. But it's crashed for me 3 times while trying to perform the simple functions of selecting the "Art & Pi" or "Classify Me" tabs and when trying to open an uninstalled font folder. The problem is compounded by the trial version limitiation of only 10 uses. (I've "used" the software 3 out of 10 times now and have gotten no use from it.) I hope the developer will spend the time to improve this software, I'd love to own a working version of it.
What's the problem?

I can't see anything wrong with this program. Seems to work pretty good. Slows down a bit when confronted with large numbers of fonts, but that is to be expected. Sorting and displaying is excellent. Not sure whether this "Font activation" issue is important. I need an online catalogue to allow me to quickly scan through and find the font I like. The changeable sample text is a nice feature. Also the manual sorting feature for undefined fonts. Haven't found anything better for this job, so I probably pay up. Btw.: Has only crashed once since I started using it.
Don't bother!

WARNING! This seems to be very early beta version. I tried it ten times and every time it crashed right away, and then the evaluation time was over!
I wish these endless font utility developers would test their apps before they release them.

I love what I have seem in the demo. Style hook they have is great. listing by width is cool too. I wouldn't mind spending the 30 dollars but am a little put off by the fact that i really can't test how well activation works cuz its not available in the demo. (Please consider a demo where there is atleast limited activation to more that just the program itself.) Also the fact that Panther is supposed to have better font management makes me wanna wait to see if that will be enough. Holding off on the rating for now.

This version is MUCH better than 1.5 in dealing with large numbers of fonts. It still takes a while to process them all, but it shows progress and doesn't lock up. Great!
What I really would like to see it do is to remember which fonts were activated between program launches. Right now, if I want to browse all of my fonts in the main browser window, I have to turn them all on first, which takes too long to just do casually. Ideally, the categorization functionality of this application would be integrated into a font manager like FAP.
