The game is cheap enough at $7 that it is worth it for the few hours of play that you get. I purchased the game yesterday and that is when it crashed as well as I neared the end. The puzzles are not too simplistic so that you do have to think. However, they do not require extreme effort so that you can almost complete the game in a few hours.

Unfortunately, there are known issues on a Mac, these were known to the company before I purchased it and I was not warned. The game crashes on two of the final books and the only way to play the game again is to delete the Preferences file thus losing everything. It will still crash in the same places each time and cannot be played again untl this file is deleted again.

Overall, due to the crashing, I would give this product a C. Also, because of this I cannot recommend the game.

Not an expensive product, so I decided to see whether my 9-year old daughter may deserve it. Downloaded using an intel mac, tested, works, stopped after several seconds asking for buying it. well, well, just several seconds to decide?
Moved to an older 12 in Powerbook, runs beautifully, again asks for buying it after several seconds.
So, believe me, it is impossible to decide whether to buy or not after only 5-10 seconds, could not realize whether appropriate or not for my daughter.
The author should be merciful with parents, really cannot dedice whether appropriate or not for my daughter and, if so, whether she deserves it. Several seconds are not enough. Looks good and serious, but who knows?
