Product Description:
Mac Crack Attack is a port of Crack Attack to the Mac OS X platform. Crack Attack is based on the Super Nintendo classic Tetris Attack.
Mac Crack Attack is a fast paced "Tetris-like" game for one or two players.
Mac Crack Attack was selected as "Game of the Month" (Spiel des Monats) in MacWelt 12/2004.

What's new in this version:
- Intel version released
- Fixed bug that caused game to be displayed during pause.
- Added a dialog on first launch to query for using automatic version managing.
- Changed printouts on stderr to use the Alert class to display messages in an OS appropriate way.
- New/End Game menus are now enabled/disabled correctly.

Mac Crack Attack version 1.1 and greater has an auto-update feature that checks if a new version is available at sourceforge. For the release of v1.1.0 a bug found its way into the auto-update code (basically one line of code was missing that checked if on-line). Version 1.1.1 was released soon after this was discovered, this version should not have this problem (if you experience this problem with version 1.1.1 please contact the author). To permanently disable version checks add (inside the "dict" tag)

And why does it still quit if it can't connect? I mean this is a freeware application so piracy isn't a concern. This looks like a pretty cool and free game but as it still doesn't play nice yet I haven't tried it.
