Classic Control Menu CommentaryErm .... - Version: 1.1, 3/15/2006 06:20PM PST

OK, I have to ask ... in what way is this different from the Classic menu bar icon that you get from the Classic preferences (found in System Preferences)?

From the description it seems to do exactly the same thing as ticking the little box that says "Show Classic status ion menu bar" in the Classic preferences ... or am I missing something?

> This small application does nothing

1,8 MB do you call small? 1,8 MB for a wrechted menu item that, yes, you're right, does nothing (important) must be a joke, a bad one. OK, you are a RB dumbnut, that makes it clear.

Starting any classic app also starts up Classic itself, so there's no need to do this manually ... and for this obscure tool.

We'd prefer a menu item or anything else that only pops up after Classic was started, for the purpose to quit it without having to go to the system prefs ... and without having a surplus app lingering around all the time.

I was using my AppleScripts to start and stop Classic, but Classic Control Menu is much nicer! Seems to do the same as the new Classic menu.menu from Panther (don't have Panther - I'll keep Jaguar).
