Product Description:

AppleScripts to manipulate iChat and iTunes. Includes a script to set iTunes's currently playing song's artwork as the iChat buddy icon as well as a script to set the iChat buddy icon from images selected at random from a folder. Can be used in conjunction with iChatStatus application or as stand alone AppleScript 'stay open' applications.

What's new in this version:

Includes a new example script which will display the elapsed time to the left of the song/artist info and the remaining time to the right. A few bug fixes and other additional features/updates added. See release notes for more.

iTunes 4.7.1 + iChat 2.1 + iChatStatus 1.2.1 = Status and artwork do not change. :(

About nine hours and 120 downloads after posting this update my hosting company had the IP address of their server changed on them without notice. Unfortunate situation that affected more than just my domain. A few hours later all of the DNS entries were updated properly. It takes a while for DNS changes to propogate. You can try loading www.cocoaobjects.com. If it loads for you the download link will work for you as well. Alternatively you can contact me at dhawes@mac.com.
