For instance, I have an .ooutline file of movies that I need to buy and rent. One column has a "Buy" header and the other has "Rent". Beneath each is a list of files appropriate to the header. When I export this to the iPod, the headers are lost, and I'm presented with a mess of movie titles. This kind of thing happens with several of my outlines, so I am disappointed. However, the software is very easy to use and is free, so it's definitely useful.
Interesting, but... - Version: 1.01, 8/21/2003 04:18PM PST

I have a Palm, and I think I'll just wait until there's Palm support. My iPod's jammed enough with iTunes, and its not really conveniently set up to work as an effective PDA. I appreciate OmniGroup doing this, though. It tells me they're keen to respond to their customers.
It's a pity that that some people should want to flame them for not making an iPod act more like a PDA than what it was built for--a slam-dunk MP3 player--and that over-reactive worry-warts think that offering capabilities in one area (iPod) denounce a developer for abandoning another (Palm) on the basis of no evidence whatsoever.
Try it to see if it's for you. It's not for me, but that's because I find the iPod interface to be hostile to PDA-like functions to begin with--and this isn't OmniGroup's responsibility.
