Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 Troubleshooting ReportFix for Leopard - Version: 1.0.2, 11/6/2008 07:23PM PST

My version of THPS 4 says 1.0.6, but VersionTracker doesn't go that high, so hope this works for you... To get the program to run in Leopard without crashing right away, copy (don't move) this folder:
System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework
to this location:
System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks
I just dug deep into the crash report and made some observations, tried a few things, and this worked! Even on my Intel iMac! Awesome game!

When WILL there be an Intel update?

Oh and yeah for bundled vrsns, I paid for it, I know own a new mac, so I wish to play it on a faster larger (much) screen... If I can't give me the equivalent money back so I may purchase another game I can play, no? suprise....

Or shall I just wait until Mac has Tony Hawk's Pro 8 hahaha yeah when I'm 50 ! maybe by then Aspyr may have realised there is a REAL market/reason for bringing mac ported games out very (VERY) close to other platforms... *cough* INTEL DUEL CORE 70%(?) of all new macs / INTEL ALL new macs!! *cough*

forget it, I'll buy the PC version and run Windows on my mac ... pffffff! not ! !

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 ReviewPure Garbage - Version: 1.0.2, 10/16/2005 09:06AM PST

The title says it all. Aspyr you do really lousy jobs at your ports. I own most of them, and all the ones I own are only satisfactory.

This update is crap though. I installed it and it says "Your CD Key is invalid, please reinstall"... ooookay. So I reinstall, run 1.0.2 again, and it gives me the same thing.

Basically, this update doesn't work, is crap, and needs to be fixed. I recommend sticking with 1.0.1.
