Product Description:

Matrix is not just another filesystem browser labeled as a Finder replacement. Matrix completely recreates a modern Desktop metaphor on your Mac OS X computer negating the need for the Finder to be running at all. Matrix features a refined filesystem browser with file previews superior to the Mac OS X Finder, more customization options and the integration of Disk Image creation and other common utilities in a single cohesive application.

Matrix is currently in Preview Release and is not complete, fully functional or reliable. It should not delete or damage any files or disks and has a minimal impact on your computer when running. Feedback is appreciated, but please no feature requests at this time - I already have a large list of features not yet implemented or known publicly.

What's new in this version:

Desktop icon pinning should work on any corner. Disk info is displayed on Desktop icons. Browser Preview controls now work including Zoom. Some Get Info functionality. Only the Browser and some of the Desktop works at this point and then only allows viewing and opening items at this time. This is a technology preview only!
