This is a very nice base for a client handling system.
Hope you keep building on it... We may even do some mods ourselves if you don't mind and let you know about them..
Nice work beacuse it looks nice and feels good to use.

So I went to the demo site and played around. Calling this a POS system is sketchy. It has absolutely no transaction engine: i.e doesn't really do much to help you ring out a customer. It has a solid UI and just needs a lot more features. Keep going....

How many POS are there available for the Mac? I don't think there are any for OS X. Could be wrong though. I was curious to see what the Apple retail store uses, and it is Apple proprietary software. I wonder why Apple doesn't package it? Give it away for free, or sell it!
Anyway, this freeware solution is wonderful. If I had a need for it, I would try it. :)
PHP is part of OS X, as was pointed out by another poster. It is easy to activate, once you know how (I used the bible "Mac OS X Unleashed").
I hope to see more PHP stuff coming!

no worry about Romain's comments. Clearly from an unprofessional.
I like to see more PHP solutions tested on MacOSX making it a valuable platform for hosting and intranet solutions. PHP does come installed with MacOSX and simply has to be activated. Again, open source projects should be embraced on this site and not judged by people who don't know what they are talking about.
Great package!

Had it up and running in about three hours (ok- I am a novice- so subtract about two hours if you KNOW what you are doing!).

Cheers!

..this is not a PHP script, it's a solution. And PHP is enabled in seconds on OS X.

Thanks, Chris...
I and many others appreciate your posting this software here.
Uh, Romain - it never fails to amaze me how many people there are like yourself who will shoot off their mouths with such bravado whilst being incredibly ignorant and/or misinformed.
OS X _does_ ship with php by default. It's just not enabled. And even if it wasn't there it can be installed easily by anyone who knows how to double click (See Marc Liyanage's excellent package).
