Got error: 103 on every attempt to generate image.

Seems to work great and the images are fantastic! This will have to do until I get my Jupiter7 up and running!
More importantly, it doesn't work behind a password based firewall, which is what we happen to have here. I get error "103" when I try to start the simulation, which isn't exactly helpful.
