Using an eMac running OSX.3.5, I needed a convertor to convert .THM files. It did it but quality was very poor and couldn't print. Print dialog box was there but no way to print

Graphic Viewer Reviewwhy do I want this? - Version: 1.3, 2/22/2005 05:32PM PST

program runs fine, but I cannot understand why I would ever want this

You can open only one file at a time via the "open" dialog, using drag and drop you can open several files, each of which opens in a new window! however opening six files choked my machine!

Has no browser function

there are lots of other simple file viewers eg SimpleimageX that do what this does but better

For someone with no experience in grahpic's, this program was so easy to learn! In OS X 3.6, the converter worked liked a dream! I can't thank the designer enough for making such an outstanding app! I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a quick way to convert a image into a avatar. Btw; it converted a .tiff file into a .gif image in just seconds with amazing results.

Graphic Viewer ReviewThe little program works just fine... - Version: 1.1, 12/15/2003 08:44AM PST

While i have Graphic Converter, I was looking for a simple program to replace JPEGView. Just something I could use to open a photo or picture, change its resolution and resave. Graphic Converter does that, but it's combersome, lots of screens on the way, and the target file is a GC file at the end, which means by double clicking on the image doesn't immediately display the image.

What I like about Graphic Viewer is that it *is* simple and writes a file that will open Preview (much better for me). This gets five stars from me.

Graphic Viewer CommentaryIts main advantage - Version: 1.1, 8/16/2003 08:37PM PST

barberfloyd
is that it runs on Windows. Maybe I'm just confused but how is that an advantage on a Mac??? I think I'll stick with GraphicConverter. Its main advantages are too numerous to count, it imports 175 file formats, exports 75 file formats and it runs on a Mac. Actually it runs great on all my Macs. Think Graphic Viewer on steroids.

Graphic Viewer ReviewGraphic Converter on a Diet. - Version: 1.1, 8/16/2003 04:25PM PST

The description is excellent, and like a lot of things on a diet this is lean and mean. I would only suggest careful consideration be give to the availability of a few more file formats. GIF being one.
The ability of running in Classic, OSX and Windows is just super. You have a winner here.
And certainly the price cannot be argued about
