If you have 'fast user switching' enable, you can easily 'lock' your account by clicking on 'Login Window...' in the 'fast user switching'-menu.

If I'm not wrong, it's exactly the same effect. So why install a piece of software, if you can use a built in function of the operating system?

Why in the world would anyone want to use Apple's built-in OSX security, requiring a password on computer wake from sleep or screen saver, when you can use this one instead? Man we needed this sorely! Not sure why, exactly. But thank god it's finally here. I guess.
