Product Description:

In FATE you can play as a youthful boy or girl, always accompanied by a little dog or cat. You journey through limitless caverns, dungeons, mines, and tunnels in search of adventure. Each level is randomly generated with countless surprises, magical items, and weapons to discover. Combat more than 100 different monster types, with 400 item types in richly detailed 3D dungeon tile-sets. Gain fame by completing quests and defeating legendary creatures.

This is a wonderful game that leaves you very disappointed. The reason for the letdown is, as has been pointed out, the game, at some point, refuses to load a saved game. This is a major problem and one that wild tangent needs to resolve.

The game is a lot of fun, but if it fails, and fail it will, all that you have achieved in it is gone. So let the "Maker Beware" you are losing existing customers and future customers for future games.

This game is prone to corrupted save games. For support, Encore sent me to WildTangent, and WildTangent sent me back to Encore! Finally after getting a response from Encore, all they could do was tell me to tweak the graphic detail settings, which did not help at all.

I now have three separate saved games that will no longer load, and for each one I had to start a whole new adventure from the beginning.

Unacceptable.

Can't play without contacting the internet... I will not support software with such stupid DRM!
