The features look good on paper, but the one feature I really need, call recording, often fails. PV seems to get confused during a series of quick calls. Let's say you're trying to reach someone, and you try one number, hang up, and finally reach him at a second or third try. Even though PV is set to record automatically, I often get to the end of an important call to find that it didn't record anything. Parliant support tries to help, but they seem helpless. I'm on the verge of dropping the whole thing and resorting to a hardware recording setup.

Brass Hammer

PhoneValet doesn't work anymore so the developer sees an opportunity to gouge users AGAIN with an "upgrade fee." These people have no shame. We have ONE. We talked of purchasing a dozen to cover many stations. Not a chance. The vendor's short term thinking loses them sales everyday.

This is a pretty powerful combination of a simple hardware device and sophisticated software. The developer doesn't deserve lazy and damaging comments like the one posted by Brass Hammer. It's a solid product that works exactly as advertised.
