Product Description:

Install HotService, a Cocoa input manager bundle, and all shortcuts of services are available right after launching Cocoa applications. Currently (up to Mac OS X 10.3.9) you have to pull down the application menu at least once before it's possible to use shortcuts of services. In addition, HotService moves the services menu up to the main menu bar (behind the windows menu) to make it easier to reach the services.

What's new in this version:

  • NEW: Universal binary for Intel and PowerPC Macs
  • Improved: Title of services menu isn't a bullet anymore
  • Fixed: Fix for Adobe Acrobat 8

At least make it an option which can be used instead of "Services" in the menu bar. Thanks!

I hate having to mouse around if it can be avoided. There's another way to quickly access the Services menu that may work for some people. In keyboard preferences there is a hotkey one can use to quickly access all menu items: Control-F2, then navigate using the arrow keys.

Used this all the time on my G4 PB, but can't get it to go on a new MacBook.
