AFP Mount CommentaryDeveloper's site not terribly useful.... - Version: 1.0.3, 7/11/2003 10:44AM PST

As it is not in English, nor does there appear to be an English version accessible anywhere from the site. Some of the programs, AFP Mount included, are in English, so why is the website in something else with no English version?

AFP Mount CommentaryCLUE to Brak - Panther is not released! - Version: 1.0.3, 7/11/2003 09:37AM PST

Brak writes: "Sadly when you click connect in 10.3, the finder quits!" - I really wish people would get a friggin clue and realize that the reason there are 'sadly' problems with Panther is BECAUSE IT'S NOT RELEASED YEt and you're using A BLOODY PRE-BETA!!!!

AFP Automount does an excellent job and will fill in the gaps that Apple left, until Apple brings network connectivity in line - at their leisurly pace.

AFP Mount ReviewNeeds some work - Version: 1.0.3, 7/11/2003 09:25AM PST

Personally this would be useful to me in 10.3 because network connecting is not really perfected yet. Sadly when you click connect in 10.3, the finder quits! Also what bugs me is the password field is not hidden. Anyone standing behind me can see my password as or after I'm typing it. Also the app doesn't use a standard .nib file so users can't change these problems. The interface is kinda too large to be practical too. As for the size of the app. its right on. and i do appreciate the centered text-field text, they could be rounded tho.
