It is listed here for $159, and elsewhere for $199, but it actually sells, through Kagi, for $49.
Extremely cutesy interface, difficult to figure out, lame help.
Fortunately my only need is for personal use, so I'll just build a templage in a DTP program.

I agree, way too much money for this product. Maybe the author is hoping that he/she can scounge a few extra hundred from "rich" doctors? This program does nothing more (and much less) than a simple Filemaker database would be capable of.
