Just depends on what you use it for. I create digital paintings out of photographs and since I'm not looking for totally realistic results, its great. I have used it on photographs with very good results too.

Save your money and time. I’ve tested this (and a slew of other “Upsizing products like GF Pro” all the way to output (you HAVE to output the file. Viewing only on screen isn’t an effective test). In 9 times out of ten, Photoshop’s Bicubic Smoother for upsizing does just as good a job and it’s always faster. I output tests (both scanned images on an Imacon 848 and digital images from a 300D) output to a Pictrography 4500. That’s a pretty demanding contone printer. I can’t justify the cost of such products and the huge speed hits when Photoshop does the job just as well. And yes, there’s nothing that beats real data!
